Order Acceptance


Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Elite Florist Supplies Limited for the sale by it to you of any product will take place when Elite Florist Supplies Limited notifies you by email confirming that it has dispatched your product. The acceptance will then be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Elite Florist Supplies Limited send this email, whether or not you receive it. Payment may be taken before this point but this does not indicate acceptance. If we cancel your order your payment will be refunded immediately. Payment for all orders placed will be required before shipment. If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will notify you as soon as conveniently possible, this may not always be the day you have placed the order. Items out of stock will automatically go on back order unless we are notified that you no longer require this product.

Please note we are able to supply both member of the public and trade persons, but only bona-fide trade persons are able to receive a further discount.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands).

Drop Shipping


Elite Florist Supplies is a wholesale supplier, and our normal method of transacting business is (a) with bona-fide tradespeople (b) for delivery to business addresses and (c) excluding VAT.
When requested to dropship, we cannot, & do not, accept any responsibility for YOUR method of business or YOUR obligations to YOUR customer under the Distance Selling Regulations. OUR responsibilities to you, OUR customer, under normal trade Terms & Conditions and the DSR’s are unaffected by this document, which is intended to inform you of the process involved, how you can help, and to prevent errors and disagreements.

1. Dropship orders MUST be placed ‘online’ using your login - (verbal telephone orders cannot be accepted). It is YOUR responsibility to give the correct destination address & postcode in written form. Redeliveries & re-sending goods due to any error on your part will be chargeable.

2.You MUST put in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ box in the Checkout that the invoice is be posted separately to your Invoice Address. Our normal procedure is to send the Invoice/receipt with the parcel to the Delivery Address. We cannot accept responsibility for this happening if you fail to tell us, each time. For those of you who dropship regularly, we will post the paperwork weekly.

3.(a) Our Courier Account Name is printed on the parcel label, and our name is on the postage labels.
(b) Items in the parcel may be labelled with our name.

We cannot prevent your customers subsequently finding us directly themselves and we have no way of knowing that we may have shipped to them before on your behalf.

4. Damages, breakages or mis-laid items are soley your responsibility.

5. The price online at the time of the Order is the price ruling. Check our website regularly – prices are subject to change without notice to you, this may affect your own website or product listing.

8. There are specific criteria attached to the Delivery process, laid down by our courier, that you must understand. Delivery failures due to your customer not being available to receive their parcel, failing to respond to a Delivery Card within the time limit or a change of Delivery Address after dispatch may result in additional charges.

9. Once entrusted to the courier by us, the Delivery process is THEIR responsibility, over which we have no control. Your customer is obliged to be available to accept the delivery - we will email you to tell you that the goods have shipped, you should then notify your customer of when to expect delivery (i.e. the following working day). Where possible we will give you the online Tracking Number that you may pass on to them.

Cancellation Policy


You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch an order may be cancelled without reason 7 days after being in receipt of the order. Payment for the goods will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. The Customer will be responsible for all postage costs.


Please enclose the despatch note inside the parcel giving the reason for the return, stating exactly whether you require a refund or exchange. Pack the parcel securely reusing the original packaging if possible. Return the package to Elite Florist Supplies using the address below.

Important: If you contact us after the given number of days above, Elite Florist Supplies has the right assume that the order has progressed to completion. You will not have the automatic right of a refund. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at our discretion.


Representation of Goods


Whilst every attempt is made to accurately represent the products that we sell, product pictures are only intended as a guide and may not be identical to supplied goods. If you feel that a product description or picture is inaccurate or misleading, then please let us know and we will do our best to correct it.

Some images on our website are © copyright of the image owner and we are allowed to use them with their express permission, this permission does not extend to third parties. Other images may be subject to change should the specification or appearance vary. We prefer that you use you own images. If found to be using © copyright images from the site your account will be suspended
Please note we take no responsibility or liability for the use of floating candles, candles or naked flames with any of our glassware.

To obtain your voucher simply place your order online, you will receive a e-voucher with your order confirmation and we will put the voucher in with your parcel.

Our aim is to deal with any problems and difficulties quickly and fairly. We will do this by monitoring all complaints and suggestions to help us identify what is going wrong and how we can improve.
