Returns Procedure

At Elite Florist Supplies we want you to be delighted every time you order from us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an unused item you can do so within 28 days for an exchange or refund as required.

The goods must be returned in the same condition as received and if possible with all packaging. Elite Florist Supplies reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged, used or tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are unable to accept returns on Special Order items.

We are able to arrange a return on your behalf at a cost of 7.99 plus vat, you will be forwarded a returns label, which you must print and adhere to the parcel.

Returns Procedure - Faulty Goods

If items are damaged in transit, please report these within 24 hours of signing for the goods, so that any necessary claims can be made with the courier company concerned. Failure to notify us within the allotted time may result in a further charge for a replacement to be sent.

If the goods are faulty or different from those ordered, please contact us within 7 days of you receiving the order. Items must then be returned to our returns department, who will inspect the goods and if deemed to be faulty or different from those ordered will either replace the goods free of charge or give a full refund (if preferred)

All refunds will be made
(a) For the amount that you were originally charged for the returned item(s) EXCLUDING the cost of carriage charges either charged to you or incurred by us for the purpose of sending them to you
(b) excluding the cost of you returning them to us
(c) in the same manner as you originally made payment to us. (d) within thirty days of our receipt of the returned item(s).

Please note that refunds are at the discretion of the returns department. It is important that you return the goods new and unused in the original packaging for you to receive a replacement or refund. If insufficiently protected we have the right to refuse the returned item.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will be happy to refund your costs incurred in sending it back. This must be by the most cost effective method as possible. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.

Please contact us prior to returning an item, please include your name, address and order number inside the parcel along with the reason for the return, please also state if you require a refund or exchange. Pack the parcel securely reusing the original packaging if possible. Return the package to Elite Florist Supplies Limited using the address below.
