PLEASE NOTE
If items are damaged or missing in transit, please report these within 24hours of signing for the goods, so that any necessary claims can be made with the courier company concerned. Failure to notify us within the allotted time may result in a further charge for a replacement to be sent.


Where we deliver


We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands).

Delivery is through an assigned courier company, deliveries will be made within 3 working days of dispatch, unless next day delivery is specifically paid for.


United Kingdom (England & Wales incl Isle of Wight) & (Scotland - Mainland - Non Highlands):


  • Order value up to 150.00 (excluding vat): 7.99 + vat
  • Free delivery applies to orders valued over 150.01 (excluding vat)

Scotland - Highlands and Islands:


  • Order value up to 150.00 (excluding vat): 15.99 + vat
  • Free delivery applies to orders valued over 150.01 (excluding vat)

United Kingdom (Isle of Man), United Kingdom (Isles of Scilly), United Kingdom (Northern Ireland)


  • Order value up to 250.00 (excluding vat): 18.99 + vat

We are now able to offer shipping outside of the United Kingdom, please contact us for shipping costs, whilst we make every effort to prevent damages from occurring, we do not and will not accept responsibility for any damages incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom.

All orders placed during working days will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Working days are defined as Monday - Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) - therefore any orders placed after 13.00 on Friday will not be processed until Monday, except where the Monday falls on the bank holiday, then these will be processed on a Tuesday

We ship on a Monday for delivery on a Wednesday and ship on a Thursday for delivery on Friday or Monday

Delivery will be through an assigned Courier company and will require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery.


Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at the local depot, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.


You may, when placing your order on-line, specify for the items to be left at a location of your choice, however the items are then deemed to be the customer's responsibility for their security. Items that are requested to be left in a designated location rather than obtaining a signature will not be the responsibility of Elite Florist supplies and therefore will not be susceptible to replacement, exchange or refund.

We ask that you send images of damages, do not remove the, from the packaging, a top shot is adequate, and any damage to the packaging. Failure to notify us within the allotted time may result in a further charge for a replacement to be sent.


We use all the necessary packaging to ensure damages to not occur and we minimise all risks but unfortunately damages do on occasion happen.
We do not label the items as fragile as this tends to encourage damage to occur.

We are able to drop ship (deliver to a third party delivery address), however Elite Florist Supplies Ltd is a wholesale supplier, and our normal method of transacting business is (a) with bona-fide tradespeople (b) for delivery to business addresses and (c) excluding VAT. When requested to drop-ship, we cannot, & do not, accept any responsibility for YOUR method of business or YOUR obligations to YOUR customer under the Distance Selling Regulations. Re-delivered & re-sending goods due to any error on YOUR part will be chargeable. Please see our "Drop-Ship" Terms & Conditions for further information.

All delivery time-scales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
